The Kommunale Hochschule für Verwaltung in Niedersachsen (HSVN) is a university of applied sciences located in Hannover, Germany. Established on October 1, 2007, it succeeded the Niedersächsische Fachhochschule für Verwaltung und Rechtspflege (FHVR), which operated from 1979 until its dissolution in 2007. The HSVN specializes in training professionals for the public administration sector, offering programs that combine theoretical studies with practical experience. The university offers two Bachelor of Arts programs: 'Allgemeine Verwaltung' (Public Administration) and 'Verwaltungsbetriebswirtschaft' (Public Management).
