Applicants need a general university entrance qualification, a subject-specific university entrance qualification, or a technical college entrance qualification. Recognized further training and technical school qualifications (e.g., technician, master craftsman, business economist, specialist, educator, etc.) in combination with an advisory interview also entitle you to study. If you do not have any advanced training or technical school qualifications but have completed vocational training and work experience, then you can start studying after successfully passing the university aptitude test.

international Students
In addition to the requirements for German students, international applicants must provide proof of German language skills, e.g., a certificate of examination in the German language, with at least a pass in a German language examination (DSH1 or TestDaF3 or the level B2).
